Refunds and returns

All products need to be checked prior to using for defaults or imperfections. Once the product has been used it cannot be returned to us, and we can no longer exchange or replace if a default is found.

Any product related issues need to be emailed to sales@bongfactory.com.au and must include your order ID number and attach photos.

 All product descriptions and prices are made in good faith and shall be accurate to the best of our ability. Any errors in description or pricing will be rectified by us when brought to our attention. If a purchase is made based on a description that is inaccurate the customer will be entitled to a refund (the product must be unused).

Bong Factory will accept back an item that is in its original unused condition, if the customer is not happy with the item. The customer will be responsible for the postage cost of returning the item (must be returned undamaged) and a store credit will be provided when it arrives back. 

All goods sold by Bong Factory are guaranteed against defects for 48 hours from receipt of delivery. You will need to contact us to arrange return and replacement. If the item has been used, this voids this guarantee.

All of our products are packed with extra care and checked before sent if an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, we need to be contacted within the 48 hours. The item must not be used and may need to be returned. Bong Factory may refund return postage costs at our own discretion after assessment. 

Products cannot be returned due to:

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
  • A change of mind by the customer.
  • Any damage or imperfections stated in the item description when purchased.

Delivery 

All of Bong Factory parcels are sent with a 'signature required' on delivery. This is to ensure that if your parcel is lost in transit, we can replace the order and re-deliver at no cost to you. 

All parcels have a tracking number, if you do not receive a tracking number then email us and we will be happy to supply it. 

If you wish to have your parcel delivered with 'Authority to leave’ just leave this comment in the customer comments at checkout. Please be aware that giving this authority means Bong Factory and the courier are not liable if the parcel goes missing after delivery. If you are worried about this outcome, do not give an authority to leave consent.

All Bong Factory parcels are sent discreetly with no mention of the contents or Bong Factory name on the packaging.

Pricing Policy 

All prices are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice.
